New invoices

Archive old Tags

Dual Invoice and CSV Export
It would be useful to have the selected content for a generated invoice also exported as a CSV file at the time of creation to avoid repeating the process in the Time Export section of the app.
The content / records would be identical and create the two separate files at the same time either for sending via email or adding to the Google Drive / local storage folder(s).

Allow a Flat-Rate to be ADDED to Project hourly for "Service-Calls"
When service personnel perform "Service-Calls", there is typically a Flat-Rate that is charged "just to show-up onsite" in addition to the hourly rate for perfoming the "service". This is to help cover travel costs & vehicle wear-&-tear. It would be very helpful if we were able to to add BOTH of these fields in the "Project" settings for the invoices instead of only "one or the other" (Flat-Rate AND Hourly, instead of Flat-Rate vs. Hourly)

Добрый день! В Германии часть зарплаты не облагается налогом. Как в приложении указать, чтобы налог начислялся с учётом необлагаемой базы (суммы)? Думаю, что в настройках должна быть возможность указать сумму, которая не подлежит налогообложению.

In der kostenlosen Version ist es mir nicht gelungen herauszufinden, wie man die App kauft. Oder habe ich das bereits getan? (Dachte ich...). Die Antwort war NEIN, den bei "Käufe wieder herstellen" wurde nix gefunden. Und ich wollte wirklich die Vollversion kaufen. Tolle App!

Add a way to have any earnings added
I saw in another app a way to add earnings, substract earnings, mileage, tips , add time, substract time and you can select Flat amount, Per hour or Per unit.

daily overtime
let me explain: daily I have to do 7.5 hours but with flexibility that can lead me to do 6 or 10 hours. if I do more than 7.5 it becomes a credit that can be spent to fill the days where I only do 6 hours. so that my days are always 7.5. At the end of the year my credit/debit must be at 0. Currently my overtime counter is incrementing well, but does not regularize the shorter days.

Postal Rotating Days
I'm postal worker, we have rotating day off. For example we have A,B,C,D,E,F days assigned to every postal carrier. And these rotates for example if i have day A and our week starts from Saturday, this week i have Monday my day off, so by default next week it will be Tuesday and then Wednesday and follows up. On Friday, we get Friday and Saturday together.
It works like that.

A. Thursday
A. Friday
A. Satuday
A. Monday follows upAnd we really need this app to track hours.

GST incuded on totoal amount
Currently when I invoice the total amount it already includes the gst tax I would like to have the option in the tax to pick total amounts includes gst and the gst amount show in the invoice after the subtotal
