Suggestion: auto deduct lunchtime / teabreak
Add an option to auto deduct the compulsorily 1hr lunchtime / teabreak by company rules from the total daily punch hours.

Start/end Milage has disappeared
Newest update has eliminated the start / end Milage fields.
This information is CRITICAL for anyone who needs to claim Milage on their expenses. It's required Especially at tax time.Please add it back in.

It would be amazing if I could add my tax percentage to my full income without having to add it as a deduction under every shift.
My tax to the state is 38%, it would be much easier of I could set the app to either automatically deduct it from every shift or from my total income - so I could see it change in real-time as I add or remove shifts.
I would love to be able to choose an amount that are not taxable as well. In Denmark my pay works as such '((SALARY - 3500) - TAX %) + 3500 ... So each month I get 3500 of my salary tax free
If I was able to do this it would be almost…

Create an admin portal with a web login, where i can add users / team members to my organization
Please add a website login that allows an admin portal feature, where the admin can see and pull reports for the team data. When multiple people are qorking on a single project this is the only way to properly invoice them.

More functionality on invoice
I really miss the ability to mark several already created invoices and delete/copy them at once (copy with the tool or similar but not duplicate)/send email/share. Also mark invoices in different colors (example if invoice are PAID his mark Green color if unpaid RED end ect

Pausenzeit in Dezimalstunden
Es wäre besser wenn man die Pausenzeiten auch in Dezimal Stunden angezeigt bekommt!
Oder zumindest in den Einstellungen die Möglichkeit hat dieses auszuwählen.

Front page time clock options.
Adding function to enable/ disable/hide the time clock. Perhaps even allow it to remain semi - opaque and position sub-grid when toggled. Still visible but not impeding tapping & swiping at the Menu. Alternatively, customize size of time clock like widgets and shuffle the order (swap TC to top and Menu Tiles to bottom). PIN, Pattern, Passcode or Biometrics to punch in/out without removing the ability to Not enable these safeguards for those that have requested editing (writing in) amended times. **I would also utilize multiple employee time tracking within the project cell or add dimensional day cells > cubes…

option with number ranges
A counter for the invoice number to ensure that the invoice number is always consecutive and unique. The best option would be an option with number ranges for invoice numbers, order numbers, delivery note numbers and quotation numbers

article database
An article database would be interesting with: article name, number of pieces in stock, purchase price (gross, VAT), sales price (gross, VAT), supplier, EAN and image.

When you click Punch In button, show a dialog asking punch in time. I always forget to punch in when the job start

Invoice - format
In option Format > Project "Rate" option is missing. In my opinion, all options in all categories should be available. Because categories ( group )sort and change the invoice view.

Set markers (for driving for example)
I Punch in when i get into my Car. Alle customers have to pay for the time i Drive to them. In the invoice the driving time is a separate Position. At the Moment i have 2 customer entries for every customer. "customer xyz" and "Drivetime customer xyz" but it would be great If i could Set some timestamps or Something like This (with a comment )
This would also bei great If i Change the topic and Something like This.

New invoices
It would be very convenient to have a section in the "invoices" menu, for example "new invoices", in which the program offers to issue an invoice based on unpaid hours worked for clients. by customer.

Archive old Tags
I have tags that are no longer needed, but if I delete them then it removes them from previous time records. Can an archive option be made for old Tags so that it clears the clutter and saves my records?

Dual Invoice and CSV Export
It would be useful to have the selected content for a generated invoice also exported as a CSV file at the time of creation to avoid repeating the process in the Time Export section of the app.
The content / records would be identical and create the two separate files at the same time either for sending via email or adding to the Google Drive / local storage folder(s).

Allow a Flat-Rate to be ADDED to Project hourly for "Service-Calls"
When service personnel perform "Service-Calls", there is typically a Flat-Rate that is charged "just to show-up onsite" in addition to the hourly rate for perfoming the "service". This is to help cover travel costs & vehicle wear-&-tear. It would be very helpful if we were able to to add BOTH of these fields in the "Project" settings for the invoices instead of only "one or the other" (Flat-Rate AND Hourly, instead of Flat-Rate vs. Hourly)

could you please add a section ( work section) where a photo can be added to have a backup of the signature on the client's worksheet.
